Event Details

Young historians, families, kids, and writers are invited to meet Laura A. Stewart, the author of, "Building the Bridge School: A Story about Michigan’s First Public School. Local Monroe history from 1828," as illustrated by Wendy Kennedy. 

Stewart will give a short presentation followed by a reading of the book and other children's activities.
