This engaging program combines the principles of mindfulness with the expressive power of art, offering participants a tranquil space to explore creativity while cultivating present-moment awareness.
Mindful Art is for ages 10 through adult. No experience needed! Space is limited, so please register. Registration opens on June 1 and you must register for each session separately.
