Start your week with calm, creativity, and a little movement! Kids ages 6–12 are invited to join us for a relaxing half-hour of kid-friendly yoga followed by a simple mindful activity—like breathing games, gratitude prompts, or a peaceful craft. It’s the perfect way to stretch, unwind, and reset for the week ahead!
