The Newport Branch Library Book Club will meet the second Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm. All meetings are open to all readers. This month's book is, Firekeepers Daughter by Angeline Boulley.
Summary: Daunis, who is part Ojibwe, defers attending the University of Michigan to care for her mother and reluctantly becomes involved in the investigation of a series of drug-related deaths.
