Keegan Rodgers Owner and Pastry Chef of The Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea, leads this hands-on and lively workshop on how to make the perfect pie dough. Participants will get to work hands-on with dough and depending on the number of attendees, some will take dough home.
Learn the difference between pies and tarts, understand the different fillings and crusts for pies and tarts, and understand how to blind-bake a pie shell. Attendees will leave with new baking skills, a greater understanding of the perfect pie crust, and literature to take home.
