Join us for some tea and treats at the Dorsch Memorial Branch. Come dressed in your finest and get a chance to meet Miss Monroe County – Elora Russell and Miss Monroe County Teen – Rachel Ingels. You will have the opportunity to get your picture taken with them and receive an autograph.
