Join us for a reading of the book "My Ladybug" created by Susan Cleereman, DDS.
"Lelia Robertson told me the story in October 2025. She is 99 years old. Maureen was her daughter, she passed in 2024 from long COVID. This is the true story of how Maureen got her nickname, Ladybug. Maureen was my high school best friend. Lelia and her husband O. Zeller sort of adopted me, they considered themselves to be my second parents. After Lelia told me the story I had to turn it into a children’s story. I wrote it out and illustrated it using machine embroidery. I want to share the story with local children."
