Storytime at the Summerfield-Petersburg Branch Library is a fun and active event for preschoolers and toddlers (and their grown-ups too). 

Join us each week for reading, music, playing and hands-on activities.

Get your wiggles out, at this lively storytime program, that is perfect for your active toddler.   

They'll be dancing, stories, the parachute, and other age-appropriate activities.  

Get out and stretch your way to feeling better mentally and physically. Chair yoga is a low impact way to fitness and everyone can participate regardless of physical or health limitations! Jessica Bannon will be your instructor.

This story time is geared towards kids who are getting ready for kindergarten. We will sing and dance to songs, listen to a story or two, work on the alphabet & literacy skills through play and fun activities.

Join us for some light strength building exercises, easy movement and stretching.

Love to play cards?  Then stop by and enjoy various card games. Coffee and cards will be provided, unless you prefer to bring your own. Bring some friends and have some fun!

Come to the library and try our winter STEM challenges!  We'll be doing penguin and ice activities!

Each week looks a little different- there will be activities such as crafting, painting, and gaming to name a few! This is a place to study, have a snack, visit with friends, and unwind after the school day.

Quarterly meeting of the Summerfield-Petersburg Library Advisory Board. This meeting will take place at the City of Petersburg building. 

Come out and have a fun night of crafting with us. We will be using sea glass to make a fun and unique wall hanging. Registration is required for planning purposes and all materials will be provided.
