This is a soft movement class designed for those who have wanted to try Tai Chi and those who understand the principle. This class is for everyone. Tai Chi is a form of Martial Arts that can improve balance, flexibility, strength and memory.

We'll provide the Lego's and other building blocks. You provide the imagination. There will also be some STEM activities during this time. This is an open program so come anytime from 10 - 1 pm and have fun building and getting creative.
