November Budget Workshop meeting of the Monroe County Library System's Board of Trustees to be held at the Mary K. Daume Library Service Center: 840 S. Roessler St. Monroe, Michigan.

Spend an evening finishing those projects you have stored away for a later day. You can learn new things or just enjoy your project while chatting with others.

All meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6pm

Join us as we hunt down our UnFinished (craft) Objects.

At this month's K-Pop Club we will be making photocard holders using plastic canvas and yarn. Come get creative and design your own cute holder for your photo cards.

Better Together Book Club : is a welcoming group designed for teens and adult with challenging communication skills, to connect with each other and have FUN!  Supporting family and friends are always welcome.

All meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Ida Branch Library. New members are always welcome! Please pick up a copy of the book at the library before the meeting.

All readers are welcome to join us as we read and discuss books with an emphasis on Japanese culture/history with our friends in Hofu, Japan and members of MIFA.  Discussions will be on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm Monroe local

Come in and get creative on Saturdays 11am - 1pm.  Lego building fun for the whole family. 

Join us as we watch a recently released movie on a Saturday evening. We will supply the popcorn, you will need to bring a soda or water to drink. These movies will have a PG or PG-13 rating and are intended for teens or adults.

Join us for some light strength building exercises, easy movement and stretching.

“Yoga with Diane”  A FREE, one hour community Yoga class.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed for all  levels, all ages.

Enjoy an evening of crafting. All materials will be supplied.

This is a weekly public meeting hosted by local volunteers to coordinate voter education and community outreach efforts. We’ll review upcoming events, share updates, and prepare materials related to nonpartisan civic engagement activities.

Each month, we will provide supplies and instructions for you to make a craft here in the library.  Registration is required.

New members are always welcome as we discuss the following books:

February - The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society by Mary Ann Shaffer

Bring your unfinished craft projects in to work on among friends.  Share your knowledge and learn something new. Coloring pages will be available for those who are in between projects. 

Join our cozy Tuesday night book club. We read all genres and meet the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm. Our 2025 dates and selections are:

Join the Bedford Artists & Crafters to discuss all things art! Meetings include a discussion followed by an art demo or an informal talk. New members are welcome!
