Bring your projects such as knitting, cross-stitch, or crochet work and be a part of our group! Join us on the first and third Thursday of every month to share your projects and a "common thread" with others!

Join us on the First Thursday of the month to paint a project or a picture. This is a self-guided program. Please have an idea of a project you would like to paint.

All readers are welcome to join us as we read and discuss Historical Fiction books. Copies of the books can be picked up at the library. Discussions will be on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm.

Calling all cooks and readers. Join us at our Carleton Savvy Cook Bookers book club. Each month a new chef/theme will be selected and cookbooks will be available for check out.

Oy, with the poodles already! Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Gilmore Girls with us. We will be showing episodes, playing games, and making crafts throughout the day. From 3-4 we will be doing trivia.

“Yoga with Diane”  A FREE, one hour community Yoga class.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed for all  levels, all ages.

Ida Library Crankers, a machine sock knitting group, meets once a month in the Ida Library Community Room. Everyone is welcome. Bring your sock knitting machine or come and learn about sock knitting with machines.

Quarterly meeting of the Summerfield-Petersburg Library Advisory Board. This meeting will take place at the City of Petersburg building at 24 E Center St.

This is a weekly public meeting hosted by local volunteers to coordinate voter education and community outreach efforts. We’ll review upcoming events, share updates, and prepare materials related to nonpartisan civic engagement activities.

Seasonal Flu Shots — Yinger Pharmacy and the Friends of the Ida Branch Library have teamed up to offer a Flu Shot Clinic to area residents.

Join us for snacks, drinks, and lively discussion at this casual book club. We will meet at Quimby's in Lambertville. Please contact Jessica at the library with any questions.  

The Dundee Branch Book Club meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. on the lower level of the library.

Everyone is welcome, and books are available at the library.

Nature-loving readers with a passion for the outdoors, unite! This year-round, all-weather, nature-themed book club is for the adventurous reader who enjoys walking outdoors.

This is a soft movement class designed for those who have wanted to try Tai Chi and those who understand the principle. This class is for everyone. Tai Chi is a form of Martial Arts that can improve balance, flexibility, strength and memory.

Learn how to make this eye-catching modern quilt at the Zigzag Quilt class.  The quilt measures approximately 60" x 60" but directions will be given to make it almost any size.
