Yoga helps children experiment with breath, stillness and self-regulation, while the physical poses assist in building gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance and strength.

“Yoga with Diane”  A FREE, one hour community Yoga class.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed for all  levels, all ages.

This is a soft movement class designed for those who have wanted to try Tai Chi and those who understand the principle.  Each class will be divided into three parts including warm up, senior form, and yang form. This is a very beneficial
