The “Tail Waggin’ Tutors” program is brought to you by Therapy Dogs International. This program encourages children to read by providing a non-judgmental listener and furry friend to read to.

Come in and get creative on Saturdays 11am - 1pm.  Lego building fun for the whole family. 

Summer Moves and Grooves is an interactive gathering with a focus on extra movement opportunities.  We'll always enjoy music and rhythm activities plus something fun such as rhythm sticks, animal movement or bonus dancing!

Puzzles and pictures is an open time of creativity at the library!  We'll have a variety of jigsaw puzzles for all levels and we'll have other puzzling challenges, such as tangrams.

Unwind, create, and find inner peace with Mindful Art, a calming and creative program designed to nurture your mind and spirit.

Parent Seminar: Every Child Ready to Read is an overview helping parents and caregivers learn the skills and information needed to encourage children to grow in their early literacy skills.

The Maybee Branch Book Club meets the last Monday of the month at 7pm.  New members are always welcome, stop in and get your copy of this months selection. 

This week in Maybee we are learning about the attribute of kindness and the art skill of sculpting.  Please note that we are doing many artistic projects this summer and you should come dressed for mess!  

Baby Group is for children under 2 and an accompanying caregiver.  We'll have a short Storytime section with some music and books, we'll do some interactive or sensory activities, then have some open playtime for social interaction.

Bring your unfinished craft projects in to work on among friends.  Share your knowledge and learn something new. Coloring pages will be available for those who are in between projects.
