Join us on Tuesdays for a delightful evening that starts with a nutritious meal and ends with a burst of creativity and fun.  Kids will love the blend of good food and exciting activities!

The Bedford Chess club returns on Tuesdays. Chess sets are provided. Everyone of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join.

Bring your unfinished craft projects in to work on among friends.  Share your knowledge and learn something new. Coloring pages will be available for those who are in between projects. 

Join our cozy Tuesday night book club. We read all genres and meet the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm. Our 2025 dates and selections are:

Join the Bedford Artists & Crafters to discuss all things art! Meetings include a discussion followed by an art demo or an informal talk. New members are welcome!

Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6 - 7:30 pm.

Get ready to make some noise! In this high-energy program, kids will tap, clap, and drum along on buckets while listening to stories filled with rhythm and rhyme.

Join us at the Dorsch branch to shake out our sillies, share a book and do some sensory play. It's fun for everyone!

Do you like cooking with herbs, and gardening? We would love for you to join our herb group that meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Anyone is welcome!

The Dundee Inspirational Book Club meets the third Wednesday of every month at 2 p.m. on the lower level of the library. 

Everyone is welcome, and books are available at the library.

Wednesdays are all about sharpening minds and having fun! From 3:30 - 4:00, we’ll help elementary students with homework, dinner is served at 4:00 followed by a session of card and board games that challenge and entertain!

Looking for something new to do?

Join us on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 4pm – 6pm at the Vivian Branch Library.

We will explore your hidden talents with paint!

All supplies will be provided.

Join us at the library for a relaxing crochet and knitting club! Bring your current project, catch up with friends, and share tips and techniques. If you’re new to crochet, we’ll have supplies on hand and someone ready to help you get started.

Spend an evening finishing those projects you have stored away for a later day. You can learn new things or just enjoy your project while chatting with others.

The Ellis Fanta-Sci book club is the only Fantasy and Science Fiction book club in the Monroe County Library System! 

Baby Group is for children under 2 and an accompanying caregiver.  We'll have a short Storytime section with some music and books, we'll do some interactive or sensory activities, then have some open playtime for social interaction.
