After School Adventures happens the first Tuesday of the month after school.  We'll have a different activity each time, ranging from crafts to STEM activities, building, puzzles and more!

Have you ever been interested in creating an improv quilt but didn't know how to begin? Come and learn, using Karen Eckmeier's Rose Twirl method. This quilt measures 42" x 37".

Join us each month for a fun crafting session filled with creativity and snacks! Try out new materials and techniques while making something awesome to take home.  Bring your ideas, your friends and your appetite for fun!

Do you love to color? Join us for some coloring fun! Bring your pencils, paint, markers or diamond painting and a fun attitude.

Bring your projects such as knitting, cross-stitch, or crochet work and be a part of our group! Join us on the first and third Thursday of every month to share your projects and a "common thread" with others!

Join us on the First Thursday of the month to paint a project or a picture. This is a self-guided program. Please have an idea of a project you would like to paint.

Join us each week for a sampling of learning and literacy fun for those 3-6 years old.

SESSION #1

Do you like to craft but have too many distractions at home? Bring your projects to the Frenchtown-Dixie Library to work on them. Don't have a current project?

Re-home your unused craft supplies and find some new-to-you items to spark creativity! Donate your unwanted craft supplies anytime between March 17 through April 4th, and come back for the Craft Supply Swap on April 5th!

Ida Library Crankers, a machine sock knitting group, meets once a month in the Ida Library Community Room. Everyone is welcome. Bring your sock knitting machine or come and learn about sock knitting with machines.

Attention all teens & tweens….Join us as we sit back with friends and make some beaded jewelry! All supplies are provided no registration required. 

Do you want to learn to paint like Picasso? 

Each month we'll learn a little about a famous artist and try to replicate their techniques in a unique way.  

For those 6 and older.  

Come out and make a fun book themed Easter décor. All materials will be provided. Registration is required for planning purposes.

SESSION #1

Super Second Saturday is a fun, monthly event for the whole family.  Come to the library for a variety of activities based around a monthly theme.  Activities may include books, crafts, hands-on fun and a few surprises!

Join us in the lower level programming area for a morning of crafts!

There will three stations set-up with Spring related activities for kiddos of all ages to enjoy!
