Your reservation time should include set up and clean up time. Please tidy the space before leaving.

- Meeting rooms must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to 2 hours per day.
- Rooms can be booked 1 month ahead.
- Patrons can make 1 request per week.
All Bedford Public Students must check in at the front desk with their student ID before entering their requested room. They must also have the room checked by library staff before leaving for the day to ensure it's left in acceptable condition.
