Event Details

Ever need help with computers? We know that computers are always changing and more things are becoming digital these days. Come to the Computer 101 series! Each lesson we will cover a specific aspect of computers and build on the previous classes.  Registration is required.    

 Below is what will be covered each session.  

 

 

February 6th- Computer Basics: This covers the basics of a computer including parts, procedures for use, & how to move a mouse. 

February 20th- Introduction to File Explorer & Computer Terminology

March 6th - Internet 101: This covers the basics of getting online, viewing web pages, and doing basic Internet searches.

March 20th -Using Email: This covers your address book/ contacts, folders, how to search your email, how to do attachments and more, time permitting.

April 3rd -Are you smarter than a scammer?: This covers the red flags and signs to be knowledgeable about so you don't get scammed.  

April 17th - Introduction to Microsoft Office and Google Docs: Covers entering data, basic formatting, and copy/paste.
