Event Details

Combat the summer slide with exciting weekly programs from your Monroe County Library System. 

Children and teens who participate in summer programs benefit from engaging activities and opportunities which promote literacy development. Summer library programs for all ages enhance lifelong learning and provide meaningful, enjoyable experiences available to everyone in the community. 

Summer Adventure Book Club is for kids in grades K-5, and we meet each Thursday!

In addition to reading books, our children's Book clubs include numerous other fun activities, the majority of which are related to literature in one way or another. Our Summer Adventure Book Club will include a different adventure each week! By being in a book club, your child will be in the best environment to develop a love for literature. In turn, strong reading skills help improve performance across all school subjects!

No meetings on June 27th and July 4th.
