Program Description

Event Details

This is a soft movement class designed for those who have wanted to try Tai Chi and those who understand the principle.  Each class will be divided into three parts including warm up, senior form, and yang form. This is a very beneficial exercise for stretching and movement with no impact.  Participants need to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 

Beginners and those who would like to warm up should be at the class at 10:00 a.m.
