All readers are welcome to join us as we read and discuss books with an emphasis on Japanese culture/history with our friends in Hofu, Japan and members of MIFA.  Discussions will be on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm Monroe local

Baby Group is for children under 2 and an accompanying caregiver.  We'll have a short Storytime section with some music and books, we'll do some interactive or sensory activities, then have some open playtime for social interaction.

These are fun, literacy rich, interactive programs which strengthen reading skills and foster a lifelong love of reading. Then we will pick up the pace with a dance party.

Fun Friday is a special Storytime where we do a lot of dancing and music activities.  We also read interactive books and have time for social play.  Great for toddlers and preschoolers who love to move and groove!

Join us each week for a sampling of learning and literacy fun, specifically designed for children ages 3–6.  

Get out and stretch your way to feeling better mentally and physically. Chair yoga is a low impact way to fitness and everyone can participate regardless of physical or health limitations! Jessica Bannon will be your instructor.

Bring your favorite toy car to the library to show it off in style. Join us as we race down the test track with our friends, create tire-track art, and share our favorite car-centric books!
