We'll enjoy summer and sunshine as we enjoy dancing, outdoor activities, and a little yoga on the library's lawn.  Please bring a towel or blanket for the ground.  In case of bad weather, we will move inside.

This program is open to those 18 years of age and under at no cost. 

To ensure that we have enough meals, please register.  

Beat the summer heat each Monday afternoon with a fun, family movie.  Feel free to bring a blanket for the floor and a snack to enjoy.

Summer Moves and Grooves is an interactive gathering with a focus on extra movement opportunities.  We'll always enjoy music and rhythm activities plus something fun such as rhythm sticks, animal movement or bonus dancing!

Puzzles and pictures is an open time of creativity at the library!  We'll have a variety of jigsaw puzzles for all levels and we'll have other puzzling challenges, such as tangrams.

“Yoga with Diane”  A FREE, one hour community Yoga class.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed for all  levels, all ages.

Unwind, create, and find inner peace with Mindful Art, a calming and creative program designed to nurture your mind and spirit.

If you LOVE watching movies with friends, please join us at the Vivian Library on the second Monday of each month while we re-visit classic kid friendly movies. 

Parent Seminar: Library Resources is an overview of all that the library has to offer you and your children.  We'll cover how to best use the event calendar and library catalog, as well as many online resources you can access.

Calling all crafters! Join us for a night of crafting and fun. We will make a different project at each meeting. All supplies will be provided. We will meet every other month on the second Monday.

The Friends of the Ida Branch Library meet quarterly at the Ida Branch Library.  The meetings are open to everyone. All members are invited to attend and new members are always welcome.

Join us at the Ellis Library & Reference Center for "Baby Bop," a playgroup and storytime for our youngest patrons. 

Help the summer slide! Join us for the first ever summer book club . We will read a title and discuss the book. There will be many activities to complete. Hope to see you.

Join us for six- weeks of Summer Reading at the Dundee Branch Library.

Children in grades Kindergarten - sixth grade may drop-in on Tuesday's at 10 am for programing.

This is a soft movement class designed for those who have wanted to try Tai Chi and those who understand the principle.  Each class will be divided into three parts including warm up, senior form, and yang form. This is a very beneficial

This week in Maybee we are learning about the attribute of gratitude and doing mixed media art projects.  Please note that we are doing many artistic projects this summer and you should come dressed for mess!

The Bedford Chess club returns on Tuesdays. Chess sets are provided. Everyone of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join.

Bring your unfinished craft projects in to work on among friends.  Share your knowledge and learn something new. Coloring pages will be available for those who are in between projects.
