Join us for a joyful journey through stories, songs, and movement at Toddler Tales and Tunes! This fun-filled storytime is designed especially for toddlers and their caregivers.

Join us at the library for a relaxing crochet and knitting club! Bring your current project, catch up with friends, and share tips and techniques. If you’re new to crochet, we’ll have supplies on hand and someone ready to help you get started.

This week in Maybee we are learning about the attribute or caring and exploring fiber arts.  Please note that we are doing many artistic projects this summer and you should come dressed for mess!  

This program is open to those 18 years of age and under at no cost. 

To ensure that we have enough meals, please register.  

This is more than just lunch-it’s a chance to read, imagine and create! Lunch will be served at 12:30 and the we’ll enjoy a picture book together and follow it up with an activity to keep the fun going.  Come hungry for food and stories!

Combat the summer slide with exciting weekly programs from your Monroe County Library System. 

Enjoy some afternoon Lego play with your friends.  

All are welcome to come on the second Tuesday of each month with your knitting or crochet project to share, and work on. We would love to expand our group! 

Puzzles and pictures is an open time of creativity at the library!  We'll have a variety of jigsaw puzzles for all levels and we'll have other puzzling challenges, such as tangrams.

Join us this summer as we read The One and Only Ivan together.  Each week well read, discuss, and complete a creative activity inspired by Ivan’s world.  Some chapters will be read aloud at the library and others will be yours to

Every week looks a little different- there will be activities such as crafting, painting, and gaming to name a few! This is a place to study, have a snack, visit with friends, and unwind.

The Bedford Chess club returns on Tuesdays. Chess sets are provided. Everyone of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join.

Celebrate the colorful world of Inside Out. We will have games, activities, prizes and more! If you would like to come in costume there will be a costume contest.

Delivery and pick up is once a month.

Baby Group is for children under 2 and an accompanying caregiver.  We'll have a short Storytime section with some music and books, we'll do some interactive or sensory activities, then have some open playtime for social interaction.

Nature-loving readers with a passion for the outdoors, unite! This year-round, all-weather, nature-themed book club is for the adventurous reader who enjoys walking outdoors.
